About Modification

Once your payment is completed, please inform by phone or E-mail if any modification is needed before we dispatch your package.

The customer will be responsible for all extra fees caused by address alternation if contact is made after item has been dispatched.

International Purchase

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in item price or shipping charges, The buyer should be responsible for these charges.

Quality: Before all machinery and equipment are exported, they are debugged and tested by technicians, and then packed in import and export packing boxes.

Logistics: If you receive damage to the package of the goods, you must take pictures and make a claim with the logistics company.


Returns are supported for online orders, We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the entire order amount minus the shipping cost of the delivery and return.


When we receive your returned item, after confirming that the item is unused and in original condition, we will refund the item payment to your account at the time of purchase within 7 working days.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@cnnewin.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you have already received the item but changed your mind and don’t want it anymore. Order it by mistake, change mind, or the price has changed; you can not return and refund.

If you received the item not the same as the product description or image, please give us feedback. Based on the specific reason, we will decide whether the return freight fee.
