Things to note when using a bone saw safely

Inspection

  1. Check whether the equipment is clean and whether there are foreign objects on the saw bone panel.
  2. Check whether the electrical system is intact
  3. Check whether the installation direction of the saw blade is correct and whether the machine is reversed
  4. Check whether there are foreign objects in the machine’s operation.

Production operations

  1. Adjust the left and right position of the driven wheel: Loosen and tighten the fixing screws on the positioning pin sleeve. Move the sliding positioning pin to the appropriate position, and tighten the fixed positioning pin until the saw blade does not rub against the core plate of the workbench.
  2. Adjust the pitch angle of the driven shaft and loosen (or tighten) the outer bolts of the cover to adjust the pitch angle of the driven shaft. When adjusting the test run, it is advisable to ensure that the saw blade does not fall off or that the back of the saw blade does not rub against the bearing.
  3. Adjust the tightness of the saw blade. Adjust the top knob to adjust the tightness of the saw blade. It is appropriate for the saw blade to not slip when adjusting to the saw bone.
  4. After pressing the protective cover, the motor can be started.

Key points to note:

  1. When the bone saw is not in use, it is best to loosen the saw belt tension handle on the top of the machine for 2 turns, and then tighten the handle the next time you start the machine. This can extend the service life of the saw blade.
  2. When installing the saw blade, pay attention to the direction of the saw blade. The tip of the saw tooth on the right cutting surface is facing downward.
  3. It is recommended to wear safety protective gloves when operating.
  4. The scraper blade should press the saw blade, but should not contact the saw tip, otherwise it will increase the noise and shorten the service life of the saw blade.
  5. After the door of the bone saw machine is opened, the safety switch will stop the machine, but the saw blade will continue to rotate for a while under the action of inertia. Do not touch the saw blade with your hands at this time.
  6. Never hold the meat directly with your hands to cut without any protection, especially when sawing relatively small meat products, such as pig trotters. The high-speed running saw belt will hurt your fingers even if you wear gloves. Gloves can only delay and reduce the damage, and you must not be careless.
  7. It is strictly forbidden to cause friction between the saw blade and the workbench.
  8. Friction between the back of the saw blade and the bearing is strictly prohibited.
  9. It is strictly forbidden to make the saw blade too loose to avoid falling off, slipping, and breaking.
  10. Do not put your hands or other objects into the saw bone area after the motor is started to avoid accidents.
  11. Non-operators are prohibited from operating
  12. If there is any abnormality in the machine, stop it immediately and notify Qingzhi repair personnel.
