Operation method
- Power: check the power socket to be installed at the front leakage switch, and it may be connected to the power protection. The feed tray must be flat and put the emergency stop switch to maintain a solid-state.
- Boot: Press the green start button, and the machine is running, At this time it will need to slice the material into the feed port with average speed.
- Stop: After the material is cut, and press the red button to let the machine stops running. Once there is any special situation, press the emergency stop switch to stop the machine from running. (Turn it in the right-hand clockwise direction).
Cleaning method
- Before cleaning to ensure that the power plug has been pulled out.
- With a direct way to leaching water or water spray, you can face the knife group and the feed tray for water washing, but the feed tray can not be demolished for water washing
- Don’t have to dismantle the feed tray and guard cover. If you need a large cleaning to remove the tray and guard cover, you can adjust the nut to the left out of the hand on the knife group on both sides of the bracket, and then you can Pull out the knife unit as a whole. (Note: When removing the knife unit, you can not touch the blade to prevent scratches )
- After cleaning, you can spray a small amount of oil on the knife unit to increase the lubrication of mechanical parts and play the role of rust.
Precautions
- The machine is a fresh meat slicer, and it can not cut frozen meat and meat with bone, so as not to damage.
- The length of the machine to cut meat is not limited, but its width and thickness can not exceed the parameters.
- If the knife group has been cleaned or finished cleaning installation, the hands must not touch the blade, so as not to scratch.
- When the cut meat appears rough surface and low efficiency, you should check the blade is intact, if there is a defect in the need to replace the blade or contact our after-sales service and maintenance replacement.
- If the machine was stuck with meat, you should press the emergency stop switch in time to avoid overheating and burn the machine.
