Desktop Small Bowl Cutter
The single-speed small bowl cutter is mainly used to chop meat and auxiliary materials into meat or mashed meat in a short time, and it can also mix meat, auxiliary materials, and water together into a uniform emulsion.
The laboratory chopping machine has a suitable combination of knife speed, pot speed, and the gap between the chopping knife and the rotating pot so that the chopping product has a good fineness, a small temperature rise, and a short chopping time. Especially due to the emulsification treatment, the intestinal products are thinner. The density and elasticity are greatly enhanced, which improves the emulsification effect, elasticity, and fineness of meat products.
